FABA VENTURES is a subsidiary of the FABA LTD. Group, which entered the Czech market in February 2019 with the aim of investing in companies with a positive impact on our environment. The company invests through venture capital and private equity, where it acquires business shares in the companies it enters into.

Branislav has long years experience in the field of nuclear safety. He is an expert on design concepts, safety thermohydraulic analyses and thermomechanical behaviour of nuclear fuel. He has been responsible for and managed many diverse projects for Slovak nuclear power plants and participated in several EU research projects.

CEO: Robert Flocius

Robert Flocius has 26 years of experience in all aspects of equity investments and venture capital. Former shareholder and co-founder of UB Networks Benelux Inc. - an American data communications company, which was the first Cisco Systems partner worldwide later sold to Newbridge for estimated USD 260 million which was further absorbed by the telecommunication giant Alcatel. Robert held the position of Chief Acquisition Adviser and shareholder at Madge Networks, the fastest growing British company in 1998, which under his leadership acquired Lannet an Israeli telecommunications company which resulted in creation of a 1.2 billion dollar company. He also co-founded Castelum Partners and Boston Capital Service, which were involved in restructuring and later selling the 130-year-old English investment bank Seymour Pierce.
